Addressing current complex issues whilst respecting the entire chain

The horticulture sector plays a crucial role in the global food supply and contributes to a healthy and happy life. I get a lot of energy from contributing to this.

I have a background in Technical Public Administration and Engineering and Policy Analysis at TU Delft. Both focus on systemic thinking and a combination between engineering and policy.

Within the horticulture sector, I gained experience at a substrate supplier. I focused on project and supply chain management for the future raw materials distribution of substrate. This is one of many issues that the industry is currently facing. When analysing and researching such complex issues, I always strive for the most efficient and sustainable solution.

One of the most important factors for me is to include the interests of the entire chain. This is the only way we can tackle large, complex issues effectively.
