About the projects:

Van der Avoird Trayplant received support from Florpartners to strengthen its internal organization. Florpartners guided the process from vision to results, providing advice and implementation. The Agricultural Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 was supported with business succession and generational transition. The phrase “From entrepreneur to enterprise” aptly describes this journey. Florpartners introduced new leadership by bringing internal talents to the forefront, which reduced the company’s dependency on management and established a new structure.

Key themes in this process included strategy development and implementation, professionalizing the organization, and personal coaching for employees to future-proof the company. The collaboration between Florpartners and Van der Avoird Trayplant proceeded smoothly due to a cultural match. The attention we like to give to the softer aspects of organizations was highly valued by Van der Avoird.

Florpartners was able to leverage its horticultural network for Van der Avoird Trayplant to bring about innovation from various perspectives. It was a beautiful process, initiating a clear transformation to continue the company’s legacy
