Curious, serving and leading where necessary
We work in a sector that is constantly evolving and that helps make our world a better place. A sector where themes such as climate and food supply connect us. In that environment, I help clients shape and organise their businesses, and where needed, support execution as well. Within Florpartners itself, my focus is on Strategy and Knowledge Development.
My strength lies in conceptual thinking and strategic insight. I turn complex challenges into clear choices and a practical approach, moving from vision to results.
Knowledge development is an important driver for me. Guided by genuine curiosity, and usually with a good cup of coffee, I am always exploring how new knowledge can be applied more broadly, for our clients as well as for ourselves.
Within Florpartners, I also lead the theme of generative AI. In doing so, I look both at its practical applications today and at its broader long-term impact on organisations and collaboration.
Having grown up in a family business in floriculture, and with more than ten years of experience at Royal Lemkes in strategic collaboration with IKEA and in new business development, I have built a strong foundation. I further strengthened this through an Executive MBA at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and studies in Business Administration and Agribusiness at Inholland, complemented by programmes in strategic collaboration, transition management and generative AI.
To me, progress starts with curiosity and only becomes truly valuable when it leads to movement, development and tangible results.
