Horizontal and vertical cooperation in the industry
Collaboration in horticulture is becoming increasingly important and more complex. That is exactly where my strength lies: bringing structure, improving processes, and guiding people through change. I work at the intersection of strategy, organisation and execution, both within partnerships and individual horticultural businesses.
With my background in business administration, strategic management, Lean Sigma and behavioural change, I help organisations work smarter and develop with greater focus. Not only by analysing what can be improved, but above all by creating momentum and making sure improvements truly take hold in practice.
I get energy from supporting entrepreneurs, partnerships and teams that want to realise their ambitions and keep moving forward every day. Sometimes this is as a process facilitator, with a focus on culture, behaviour and continuous improvement. At other times, it is in an interim role, where I work on process optimisation, organisational and people development, financial steering, and translating strategy into operational goals.
Within Florpartners itself, I am also responsible for smart working. In this way, we continue to strengthen our own organisation internally, so that we are increasingly able to help our clients move forward.
