Alone you go faster, together you go further.
For me, collaboration is the key to success in horticulture. That conviction didn’t come out of nowhere. I grew up as the son of a grower, with the flower auction just around the corner. Later, I held management roles across several departments within this sector and ran my own project consultancy. It was there that I discovered that organizing collaboration is a discipline in its own right.
On a daily basis, I support organizations — both companies and public authorities — in understanding one another, maintaining momentum, and working together towards a shared ambition that is truly achievable. Especially in complex, integrated area-based challenges, success is not only about plans and content, but also about building bridges between people. That is where I get my energy — and where we make a real difference together.
