Within the innovative, sustainable, and international nature of the greenhouse horticulture cluster, I feel completely at home as a Westland native. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves to contribute to projects and challenges that truly help organizations progress.
What defines me is my curiosity about people. I want to understand what drives someone and what lies beneath the surface. This people-centered approach is essential to me: I focus not only on strategy, but also on the people who have to bring it to life.
With my strategic perspective, enthusiasm, and drive, I quickly analyze and improve processes. I see it as a challenge to contribute to organizational goals and to develop solutions that align with day-to-day practice.
